At Blue Moon Clothing, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and cancellation terms below:

1. Order Cancellation

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only if:
    • You received a defective or damaged product.
    • You received the wrong item.
    • Your order was cancelled before shipping.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Certain items (e.g., sale or clearance products) may not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, discount vouchers, and final-sale items are non-refundable.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
